Biden opens America to migrants fleeing their homelands due to BAD WEATHER

President Joe Biden has opened up America’s borders to more than a billion climate migrants fleeing bad weather conditions in their countries of origin.

He inadvertently disclosed this intent during an Aug. 9 interview with the Weather Channel‘s Stephanie Abrams. The meteorologist asked if the U.S. was responsible for protecting migrants “fleeing extreme weather in their countries,” to which Biden answered in the affirmative.

“Look, I think the U.S. should do everything it can to help people who are in desperate need and have no other means of help. And we’ve always done that; it is just who we are,” he told Abrams. “For example, one of the things we’re doing is we’re providing for changing the environment, the physical structures, in the countries which they come from.”

Biden’s answer to the loaded interview question insinuated that his administration promotes illegal immigrants entering the U.S. due to “bad weather,” further compromising national security. It also adds up to the Biden White House’s “carefree” take on the immigration crisis.

According to the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), weather-related events forcibly displaced an annual average of 21.5 million people between 2008 and 2016. Such weather-related events include floods, storms, wildfires and extreme temperatures.

The UNHCR further claimed that “climate migration” is expected to surge in the coming decades. Forecasts from the global think tank Institute for Economics and Peace (IEP) backed this up, with the IEP predicting that?1.2 billion people?could be displaced globally by 2050 due to climate change and natural disasters.

Based on reports, the White House has already imported at least six million migrants for economic purposes in less than three years. This number includes roughly two million legal migrants and 3.5 million quasi-legal migrants. It also includes roughly 1.6 million “gotaways” who sneaked over the border, plus hundreds of thousands of migrants who have refused to go home upon the expiry of their legal visas.

Memory lapse: Biden incorrectly claims to have declared “climate emergency”

Elsewhere in the interview, Biden insisted on his narrative that climate change is “the existential threat” facing humanity. Thus, he claimed he has already declared a national emergency on the climate crisis when pressed on the need to do so. “Practically speaking, yes. I’ve already done that. We’ve conserved more land, we’ve rejoined the Paris Climate Accords, and we’ve passed the $368 billion climate control facility. We’re moving. [Climate change] is the existential threat to humanity,” Biden said.

While the president has taken significant legislative and executive steps to curb “climate change,” he has stopped short of declaring a national emergency. The declaration would have unlocked sweeping new federal authorities and funds to combat the climate crisis had he done so.

Later the same day, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said Biden was referring to his decision last year to invoke the Defense Production Act (DPA) to spur production of clean energy technologies.

“What the president was talking about is the DPA. That is something he did very early on,” Jean-Pierre said. However, authorities under the DPA have no relation to a national emergency declaration.

The president was so close to declaring an emergency in the summer of 2022 after it appeared Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) had tanked the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA). In a July 20, 2022 speech in Massachusetts, Biden strongly hinted that he could declare an emergency. However, Manchin and Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) inked a deal on the IRA more than a week after the said speech.

Biden signed the bill into law, which includes $369 billion in funding to combat “climate change,” in August 2022. Since then, he has often touted the provisions in the law but has not formally declared a climate emergency.
